Hantwick Trail - Moulton Falls - Mt Biking

Date: August 29, 2009
Distance: 5 miles
Elevation Gain: flat
Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: Easy
Weather: Overcast and mild
Maps: Moulton Falls Park and Trail Map
My Route: Starting at the Hantwick Trail Head I road to Moulton Falls Park. At the park I explored the trails then returned on the Hantwick Trail
Notes:
The Hantwick trail is very flat and easy. The trail runs parallel to the Lewis River and affords a nice view along the full length. Once in Moulton Park the trail crosses a bridge and then goes steeply downhill to the water's level. The riding gets more challenging, both technically and physically in the park! There are a number of hills in the park that are beyond my riding level.

Tree- lined Hantwick Trail
The flat trail is wheelchair accessible from Hantwick Trail Head until the bridge at Moulton Falls Park.
