Hoyt Arboretum short hike

Date: 12/27/09
Distance: 2.5 miles
Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: Easy
Weather: Cold and overcast
Maps: Hoyt Arboretum map is online here.
My Route:
Starting at intersection of Wildwood trail and Fairview Blvd, East on Wildwood trail,
Followed Wildwood just past the archery range (to mile 1 marker),
Returned as we came.
Notes:
This wasn't so much a hike as a mission to find the map I lost hiking in the arboretum the day before. The map was never found.

We walked fairly slowly, watching the brush rather than the trail underfoot. This proved to me how flat and unobstructed the arboretum trails are, we never tripped or stumbled. There were some areas of shallow mud, but nothing bad at all.
